* Gift cards
Gift cards are a great way to thank your family and friends or significant other. They can be customized or for a specific dollar amount allowing your guests flexibility in choosing theirs spa services. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. These may be ordered over the phone. Additional $5.00 fee may apply for any gift cards requiring shipping.
* Appointments or cancellations
We will reserve appointments with a prepaid or half of deposit for its spa services by credit card. Due to the fact that we do not double book, we block out a time frame to focus on one client. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify Spa within 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel then you will receive the full deposit amount back to your account. If we do not receive a call, you will be charged 100% prepayment or half of the deposit amount for services that are not canceled in the time allotted.
* Late arrivals
Please note, the spa service will graciously be performed within the parameters remaining of the time allotted for that service.
Please arrive on time . Turn your cell phone off or vibrated to ensure a relaxing environment.
Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for privacy, any illicit or sexually sugestive remarks, advances and/or innuendos will result in immediate termination of service. Some treatments such as waxing, body wrap or body exfoliation, you can bring an extra pair of undergarment that may get products on them. For pedicure service bring your own flip flops to protect nail polish from smearing.
* Children on site
In consideration of other guests, all children must not be left unattended, we do not provide childcare services.
* Payments and Gratuities
Payments can be made by Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover or Gift Cards. Gratuities are not expected but are Greatly Appreciated!
We put forth every effort to go above and beyond and to provide a memorable experience for you. We want all of our customers to feel that they are truly cared about and not just a number. If you are not satisfied with your services or products, please contact us within 24 hours after your services so that the issues can be corrected. It is our policy to provide you with the best professional services and products customized to your skin conditions and goals.
* Product Returns
No returned products will be accepted or services refunded unless authorized by Enchantment Retreat Day Spa, Inc. Only unused and unopened products will be exchange within 30 days of purchase receipt date. There will be a 20% restocking fee applied for these exchanges.
