Combination massage is therapeutic relaxing massage combining of Swedish, deep Tissue, hot stone and refexology  trigger point on hands and feet. The combination massage respects all the teachings and acknowledges the existence of the “energy body” which includes “sen” or energy lines through which our life force flows and at the same time utilizes popular elements of the Swedish style with the benefits of increased circulation and the release of toxins from the body’s soft tissues and muscles. The Combo Massage makes recipients feel more balanced physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually by incorporating acupressure, passive yoga therapy and reflexology along ten of the most important sen lines.
Overall, the effect of this practice is increased joint lubrication, increased flexibility, released energy blockages, released soft tissue toxins, and reduced stress translating into better health, vitality and well being. We suggest you avoid heavy eating for 2 to 3 hours prior to the massage.
